For the most part I believe that when your body craves certain foods, it’s trying to tell you something. For instance, if you’re craving bananas, your body is telling you it needs potassium. Or it could be craving sodium. Or sugar. Or carbs. Or whatever.
Today I couldn’t stop myself from eating Raisin Bran. Bowl after bowl of the stuff. And now I’m thinking that my body was craving an overdose of fibre for one hell of a purging.
